Play therapy is a therapeutic approach for children that uses play, toys, creative tools, and sand tray work to help children express feelings and experiences they may not have words for.
Play Therapy is evidence-based and focuses on the child’s emotional growth and wellbeing in a safe, supportive space.

Play therapy can support children in:
- Understanding and expressing emotions
- Developing coping skills for stress or anxiety
- Building confidence and self-esteem
- Navigating life challenges, such as family changes, school issues, loss, or separation
- Supporting neurodivergent children (ASD, ADHD)
Age range: Children aged 4–13 years

Free 15-minute consultation: Discuss your child’s needs and see if play therapy is a good fit.
Sessions: Child-Centred Play Therapy for ages 4–13, either in my private therapy room or at your child’s school.
Therapeutic tools: Toys, creative resources, and sand tray work help children express themselves safely and work through their emotions.
Parent involvement: Guidance and updates provided to support your child’s progress at home.
